2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Refunds will not be granted for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Craftsmen's Company LLC.
    • Responsibility for Delivered Items: Once proof of delivery is obtained, including deliveries without a signature, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item. Refunds or replacements are subject to Craftsmen's discretion for lost or stolen items after proof of delivery.
  • Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@craftsmens.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
      • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      • The item is in its original packaging.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Order Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled prior to shipment of order for a full refund.
    • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@craftsmens.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Pre-Order Cancellations:

    • If you have placed a pre-order, it can be canceled at any time before the product is shipped. Please contact us at info@craftsmens.com for assistance.
  • Exceptions:

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
